1.सरकार ने हवाई यात्रा के दौरान यात्रियों के द्वारा अभद्र और परेशानी पैदा करने वाले व्यवहार पर नियंत्रण के लिये नियम जारी किये, उड़ान भरने पर प्रतिबंधित से संबंधित सूची तैयार करने का मार्ग प्रशस्त :-

नागरिक उड्यन मंत्रालय ने हवाई यात्रा के दौरान यात्रियों के द्वारा अभद्र और परेशानी पैदा करने वाले व्यवहार पर नियंत्रण के लिये नियम जारी किये। मीडिया से बातचीत में नागिरक विमानन मंत्री श्री पी. अशोक गजपति राजू ने कहा कि नये नियमों की मदद से ऐसे अभद्र यात्रियों की एक राष्ट्रव्यापी सूची तैयार की जा सकेगी

डीजीसीए ने इसके लिये नागर विमानन आवश्यकता ( अभद्र यात्रियों से निपटना: सीएआर सेक्शन 3, सीरीज -एम, खण्ड VI) के प्रासंगिक नियमों में बदलाव किया है ताकि हवाई यात्रा के दौरान अभद्रता करने वाले यात्रियों से निपटा जा सके।

Government unveils rules to tackle on-board disruptive and unruly behaviour by passengers, paves way for No Fly List :-

The Ministry of Civil Aviation today unveiled rules to tackle on-board disruptive and unruly behaviour by passengers. Briefing the media in New Delhi today, the Minister for Civil Aviation Shri P Ashok Gajapathi Raju said that the new rules will allow for the formation of a national, No Fly List of such unruly passengers.

The DGCA has revised the relevant sections of the Civil Aviation Requirement ( CAR Section 3, Series M, Part Vl on “Handling of Unruly Passengers ) to bring in a deterrent for passengers who engage in unruly behaviour on board aircrafts.

2.श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने पुलिस अनुसंधान एवं विकास ब्यूरो के नए मुख्यालय भवन का उद्घाटन किया :-

केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने आज यहां पुलिस अनुसंधान व विकास ब्यूरो के नए मुख्यालय भवन का उद्घाटन किया।

बीपीआर एंड डी ने अन्य प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों की तरह 30 प्रतिशत भत्तों की मांग की ताकि और अधिकारी इस संगठन को स्वेच्छा से अपना सकें।

The Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh inaugurated the new HQs building of Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), Ministry of Home Affairs here.

The Union Home Minister also agreed that MHA will consider the request of BPR&D for incentive of 30% like other training institutions so that more officers would join the organization willingly.

3.केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री का जम्मू एवं कश्मीर राज्य का चार दिन का दौरा :-

केन्द्रीय गृहमंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह (9-12 सितम्बर, 2017) जम्मू एवं कश्मीर के चार दिन के दौरे पर रहेंगे। उनके साथ केन्द्रीय गृहसचिव श्री राजीव गाबा और गृह मंत्रालय के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी साथ रहेंगे।

जम्मू कश्मीर के अपने दौरे के दौरान वे राज्यपाल श्री एन.एन. वोहरा और मुख्यमंत्री सुश्री महबूबा मुफ्ती से मुलाकात करेंगे।

Union Home Minister on a 4-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir beginning  :-

The Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh will be on a 4-day (September 09-12, 2017) visit to the state of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) beginning. He will be accompanied by the Union Home Secretary Shri Rajiv Gauba and senior officers of Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

During his visit to J&K, he will meet the Governor Shri N. N. Vohra and Chief Minister Ms Mehbooba Mufti.

4.भारतीय पहलवान सोनम ने जीता स्वर्ण पदक :-

एथेंस में विश्व कैडेट कुश्ती चैम्पियनशिप में भारतीय पहलवान सोनम ने 43 किलोग्राम भार-वर्ग में स्वर्ण पदक जीता। उन्होंने अपनी प्रतिद्वंद्वी जापान की सेना नागामोतो को तीन-एक से पराजित किया।

भारतीय पहलवान नीलम ने भी इसी श्रेणी के भार-वर्ग में कांस्य पदक जीता है।

Indian wrestler Sonam won gold medal :-

In World Cadet Wrestling championship in Athens, Indian wrestler Sonam won gold medal in 43 kilograms weight category. He defeated his rival Japan’s Army Nagamoto by three-one.

Indian wrestler Neelam also won a bronze medal in this category’s weight category.

5.प्रधानमंत्री दो देशों की यात्रा के बाद स्वtदेश पहुंचे :-

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी दो देशों की यात्रा के बाद स्वदेश पहुंच गये हैं। इससे पहले म्यांमार में गुरुवार को सुबह प्रधानमंत्री विभिन्न धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक स्मारकों को देखने गए। प्रधानमंत्री ने शहीद स्मारक में भी श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। इस स्मारक में जनरल आंग सान और उनके छह साथियों के अवशेष है।

नई दिल्ली के लिए रवाना होने से पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अंतिम मुगल बादशाह बहादुर शाह जफर के मकबरे पर जाकर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की।

Prime Minister arrives home after two countries visit :-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached home after the visit of two countries. Earlier in the morning, the Prime Minister visited various religious and historical monuments in Myanmar on Thursday morning. The Prime Minister also paid homage at the martyr’s memorial.

This memorial contains the remains of General Aung San and his six companions. Prior to leaving for New Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid homage to the last Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar and went to the tomb.

6.14 से 27 सितंबर तक भारत और अमेरिका करेंगे संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास :-

भारतीय सेना 14 से 27 सितंबर तक अमरीका के वाशिंगटन स्थित संयुक्त बेस लुइस मैकॉर्ड में संयुक्त सैन्य प्रशिक्षण युद्ध अभ्यास 2017 में भाग लेगी।भारत-अमरीका रक्षा सहयोग के तहत इस सैन्य अभ्यास का आयोजन किया गया है।

यह युद्ध अभ्यास भारत और अमरीका के बीच चल रहे संयुक्त सैन्य प्रशिक्षण और रक्षा सहयोग के प्रयासों का सबसे बड़ा अभ्यास है। यह दोनों देशों में बारी-बारी से आयोजित किए जाने वाले संयुक्त अभ्यास का 13वां संस्करण है।

India and the United States will joint military exercises from September 14 to 27 :-

The Indian Army will participate in Combined Military Training War Practice 2017 in the United States based Washington-based United States Louis Lucia from September 14 to 27.This military exercise has been organized under the India-US Defense Cooperation.

This war practice is the largest practice of joint military training and defense cooperation efforts between India and the USA. It is the 13th edition of joint practice to be conducted in two countries in a rotational manner.
