1.Nawaz Sharif’s demand to declare party president be declared unconstitutional :-

Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed has appealed to the Supreme Court to declare former prime minister Nawaz Sharif the president of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) party as unconstitutional.

3.India and Bangladesh will sign a $ 4.5 billion loan agreement for development :-

4.Reserve Bank will soon issue instructions to transfer funds from one to another mobile wallet :-

Reserve Bank of India will soon introduce pre-paid payment instrument – PPI I.e., will allow mutual transaction between the pre-payment instrument.

Through this the consumers will be able to transfer funds from one mobile wallet to another mobile wallet. PPI Is used in lieu of cash payment.

PPI includes e-wallets , gift cards and coupons for food. The Reserve Bank has said that within six months of the revised guidelines, the PPI The interaction between them will be done.

The Reserve Bank said that the revised guidelines will be issued on October 11 . Mobile

5.There will be a meeting in Bengaluru for consideration of the problems being faced in implementing the object and service tax system :-

6.Mahavir became the first Indian to win European racing title :-

Mahavir Raghunathan became the first Indian to win the European Racing Championship when he won the last two races of the prestigious Bas Grand Prix Championship (Formula category) here. Between 20 riders from all over the world, 19 year old Mahavir of Chennai won the title with 263 points in seven rounds.

Austria’s John Ledermeer with 247 points, while Italy’s Salvatore de Plano finished third with 243 points. Mahavir, who descended from PS Racing of Colony Motorsport, made the place on the podium in all seven rounds.

 

7.Pooja Kadian wushu becomes the first Indian to win a gold medal in World Championship :-

Pooja Kadian has made history by winning gold medal for India in the Wushu World Championships in Russia. Pooja won gold medal in the final by defeating Eugenia Stepanova of Russia in the final. In this competition, India has won a gold and four bronze medals. Meanwhile , another good news is that Mahavir Raghunathan became the first Indian to win the European Racing Championship.

19- year-old young Mahavir Raghunathan won the Boss GP Championship – Formula category title after beating twenty racers worldwide in Italy .

In the women’s doubles, Sania Mirza and Peng Shuai pair reached the quarter-finals.

 

8.Merchants with turnover of up to 1.5 crore exemption from monthly returns :-

After the GST is implemented, GST Council is going to give great relief to the small traders in order to overcome the problem of payment of taxes and filing returns. It is believed that the Council can allow the persons with annual turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees to get the  GST  payment and filing monthly returns every month .

In such a case, these businessmen will have to pay GST once in three months and the returns will also be filed quarterly.

At the same time, the existing 75 lakh rupees of Council Composition Scheme can increase the turnover limit to Rs. 1 crore. The 22nd meeting of the GST Council is being held here on Thursday under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. This council is the highest organization to take policy decisions about GST.

10.Corey Anderson becomes Under-19 World Cup ambassador :-

The ICC has chosen New Zealand all-rounder Corey Anderson to be an event ambassador of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2018, in which future cricket stars will unite.

The tournament of 16 teams will be held from January 13 to February 3 in four cities and seven venues. It will be the 12th stage of the tournament.

This tournament will be held for the third time in New Zealand, which will provide a forum to motivate the next generation of cricketers. Anderson has played in the 2008 (Malaysia) and 2010 (New Zealand) Under-19 World Cup.
