1.कैबिनेट ने एचपीसीएल में 51% हिस्सेदारी ओएनजीसी को बेचने को मंजूरी दी :-
मंत्रिमंडल ने सरकारी और तेल कंपनियों के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा कर रही एक सरकारी एकीकृत तेल कंपनी बनाने के लिए ऑयल एंड नेचुरल गैस कॉर्प को हिंदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड में सरकार की संपूर्ण 51.11 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी बेचने के लिए एक सैद्धांतिक मंजूरी दे दी है।
ओएनजीसी के अध्यक्ष दिनेश सराफ ने कहा कि दोनों कंपनियों के शेयरधारकों को इस सौदे से फायदा होगा।
ओएनजीसी और एचपीसीएल का संयुक्त बाजार मूल्य 42 बिलियन डॉलर होगा।
Cabinet approves selling 51% stake in HPCL to ONGC :-
The Cabinet has given an in-principle approval to sell the government’s entire 51.11 per cent stake in Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd to Oil and Natural Gas Corp in a bid to create a state-run integrated oil major that can compete with private and foreign players.
ONGC chairman Dinesh Sarraf said the shareholders of both companies would gain from the deal.
The combined market value of ONGC and HPCL would be $42 billion.
2.एशियाई चैंपियन शॉट–पुटर मनप्रीत डोप टेस्ट में विफल :-
एशियाई चैंपियन शॉट-पुटर मनप्रीत कौर को प्रतिबंधित दवा के सकारात्मक परीक्षण के बाद डोप टेस्ट में पकड़ा गया है, जो अब इस महीने की शुरुआत में जीते अपने स्वर्ण पदक को गंवा सकती है।
कौर, जिन्होंने भुवनेश्वर में हाल ही में संपन्न एशियाई एथलेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप में स्वर्ण पदक जीता था, का उत्तेजक डाइमिथाइलब्यूटिलेमिन के लिए सकारात्मक परीक्षण किया।
1-4 जून को पटियाला में हुए फेडरेशन कप नेशनल चैंपियनशिप के दौरान राष्ट्रीय एंटी डोपिंग (नाडा) के अधिकारियों ने यह परीक्षण किया था।
Asian champion shot-putter Manpreet fails dope test :-
Asian champion shot-putter Manpreet Kaur has been caught in the dope net after testing positive for a banned stimulant, a massive embarrassment for the country which might lose the gold medal clinched by her earlier this month.
Kaur, who won a gold medal in the recently-concluded Asian Athletics Championships in Bhubaneswar, tested positive for stimulant dimethylbutylamine.
The test was conducted by National Anti-Doping (NADA) officials during the Federation Cup National Championships held in Patiala from June 1-4.
3.टी आर झेलियांग को नागालैंड के राज्यपाल ने नया मुख्यमंत्री नियुक्त किया :-
टीआर झेलियांग को राज्यपाल पी बी आचार्य ने नागालैंड का नया मुख्यमंत्री नियुक्त किया है।
नागालैंड के राज्यपाल ने जीलियांग से 22 जुलाई को या इससे पहले सदन में बहुमत साबित करने को कहा है।
नागालैंड के असंतुष्ट मुख्यमंत्री लीजित्सु और उनके समर्थक फ्लोर परीक्षण का सामना करने के लिए विधानसभा में उपस्थित नहीं हुए, जिसके बाद सदन स्थगित कर दिया गया।
T R Zeliang appointed new CM of Nagaland by Governor :-
TR Zeliang has been appointed new Chief Minister of Nagaland by Governor PB Acharya.
The Nagaland Governor has asked Zeliang to prove his majority on the floor of the House on or before July 22.
Embattled Nagaland Chief Minister Shurhozelie Liezietsu and his supporters failed to turn up in the Assembly to face the floor test following which the House was adjourned.
4.गूगल ने नौकरी आवेदक प्रबंधन टूल ‘हायर’ की शुरूआत की :-
गूगल ने आधिकारिक तौर पर छोटे और मध्यम आकार के व्यवसायों को रिक्रूटमेंट में मदद करने के लिए ‘हायर’ नामक एक नया टूल जारी किया है।
इसे जी सूइट पर बनाया गया है और नियोक्ताओं को उम्मीदवारों की जानकारी ट्रैक करने, विवरण और कैलेंडर आमंत्रण को फिर से शुरू करने की अनुमति देगा।
यह व्यापार भागीदारों को उम्मीदवार के प्रोफ़ाइल के भीतर फ़ीडबैक साझा करने की अनुमति देगा।
Google launches job applicant management tool ‘Hire’ :-
Google officially released a new tool named ‘Hire’ to help small and medium sized businesses recruit talent.
The service is built on G Suite and will allow employers to track candidates’ contact information, resume details and calendar invites.
It will allow business partners to share feedback within the candidate’s profile.
5.राष्ट्रीय अंतरराज्यीय खेलों में केरल चैंपियन :-
केरल ने 159 अंकों के साथ गुंटूर में आचार्य नागार्जुन यूनिवर्सिटी ग्राउंड में समाप्त 57वीं राष्ट्रीय अंतरराज्यीय चैंपियनशिप में प्रथम स्थान पर रहा।
4-दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के अंत में तमिलनाडु (110) दूसरे स्थान पर और हरियाणा (101) तीसरे स्थान पर रहे।
अनु आर (400 मीटर, केरल) ने चैंपियनशिप को 1105 अंकों के साथ सर्वश्रेष्ठ महिला एथलीट के रूप में समाप्त किया जबकि दविंदर सिंह कांग (भाला फेंक, पंजाब) 1127 अंकों के साथ पुरुषों में शीर्ष एथलीट थे।
Kerala emerge champs at national inter-state meet :-
Kerala emerged champions with 159 points as the 57th National Inter-State Championships ended on a high note at the Acharya Nagarjuna University ground in Guntur.
Tamil Nadu (110) came on second position and Haryana (101) on third. at the end of the 4-day event.
Anu R. (400m, Kerala) finished the championships as the best woman athlete with 1105 points while Davinder Singh Kang (Javelin Throw, Punjab) was the top athlete among men with 1127 points.
6.देश के चौदहवें राष्ट्रपति होंगे रामनाथ कोविंद, 25 को शपथ :-
राजग उम्मीदवार रामनाथ कोविंद देश के 14वें राष्ट्रपति चुन लिए गए हैं। उन्होंने दो तिहाई वोट हासिल कर विपक्षी प्रत्याशी मीरा कुमार को तीन लाख, 34 हजार, 730 मतों के भारी अंतर से हराया।
कोविंद की जीत भाजपा के लिए ऐतिहासिक है, क्योंकि पहली बार पार्टी का कोई नेता राष्ट्रपति चुना गया है। इसके साथ ही राष्ट्रपति बनने वाले उत्तर प्रदेश मूल के भी वे पहले नेता हैं। 25 जुलाई को मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस जेएस खेहर उनको शपथ दिलाएंगे।
BJP’s ‘Ram’ in Rashtrapati Bhavan, Raigina Hills arrives in Kovind, 25 on oath :-
In the hands of a dalit leader, the reins of the country’s highest office will again be in the hands of a Dalit leader. NDA candidate Ramnath Kovind has been elected as the 14th President of the country.
He won two-thirds of the votes and defeated opposition candidate Meera Kumar by a huge margin of three lakhs, 34 thousand, 730 votes.
Kovind’s victory is historic for the BJP, because for the first time a leader of the party has been elected as the President. With this, he is also the first leader of the post of President of Uttar Pradesh. Chief Justice Justice JS Khehar will give him the oath on July 25.
7.ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय ‘आजीविका ग्रामीण एक्सप्रेस योजना’ शुरू करेगा :-
ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, दीनदयाल अंत्योदय योजना- राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन (डीएवाई-एनआरएलएम) के तहत एक नई उप-योजना की शुरूआत करेगा, जिसका नाम “आजीविका ग्रामीण एक्सप्रेस योजना” (एजीवाई) होगा।
लोकसभा में एक प्रश्न का उत्तर देते हुए ग्रामीण विकास राज्य मंत्री श्री राम कृपाल यादव ने कहा कि इस योजना के मुख्य उद्देश्य डीएवाई-एनआरएलएम के तहत स्वयं सहायता समूहों (एसएचजी) के सदस्यों को आजीविका के वैकल्पिक स्रोत उपलब्ध कराना है।
Ministry of Rural Development to launch Aajeevika Grameen Express Yojana :-
The Ministry of Rural Development will launch a new sub-scheme under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) which will be named as “Aajeevika Grameen Express Yojana (AGEY)”.
Replying to a question in the Lok Sabha, the Minister of State for Rural Development Shri Ram Kripal Yadav said that the main objectives of AGEY are to provide an alternative source of livelihoods to members of Self Help Groups (SHGs) under DAY-NRLM by facilitating them to operate public transport services in backward rural areas.
8.वित्तमंत्री कल प्रधानमंत्री वय वंदना योजना (पीएमवीवीवाई) की औपचारिक रूप से शुरूआत करेंगे; पीएमवीवीवाई भारत सरकार द्वारा घोषित एक पेंशन योजना है जो केवल वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए 4 मई, 2017 से 3 मई, 2018 तक उपलब्ध रहेगी; इस योजना को भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम के माध्यम से ऑफ़लाइन के साथ–साथ ऑनलाइन भी खरीदा जा सकता है :-
प्रधानमंत्री वय वंदना योजना (पीएमवीवीवाई) के तहत प्राप्त होने वाले प्रमुख लाभ इस प्रकार हैं –
1.यह योजना 10 साल के लिए 8 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष मासिक देय (8.30 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष प्रभावी के समतुल्यa) का निश्चित रिटर्न सुनिश्चित कराती है।
2.योजना की खरीदारी के समय पेंशन द्वारा चुनी गई मासिक/तिमाही/अर्द्ध-वार्षिक/वार्षिक आवृत्ति के अनुसार 10 वर्षों की पॉलिसी अवधि के दौरान हर अवधि के अंत में पेंशन देय है।
3.इस योजना को सेवा कर और जीएसटी से छूट दी गई है।
4.10 साल की पॉलिसी अवधि के अंत तक पेंशनधारक के जीवित रहने पर योजना के क्रय मूल्यत के साथ पेंशन की अंतिम किस्त का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
5.तीन पॉलिसी वर्ष (नकदी की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए) के अंत में क्रय मूल्यि के 75% तक ऋण लेने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। ऋण के ब्याज का भुगतान पेंशन की किस्तों से किया जाएगा और ऋण की वसूली दावा प्रक्रिया से की जाएगी।
6.इस योजना में स्वयं या पति या पत्नी की किसी भी गंभीर/टर्मिनल बीमारी के इलाज के लिए समयपूर्व निकासी की अनुमति भी है। ऐसे समयपूर्व निकासी के मामले में योजना क्रय मूल्य की 98% राशि वापस की जाएगी।
7.10 वर्षों की पॉलिसी अवधि के दौरान पेंशनधारक की मृत्यु पर लाभार्थी को क्रय मूल्य का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
FM to formally launch Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana (PMVVY) tomorrow; PMVVY is a Pension Scheme announced by the Government of India exclusively for the senior citizens available from 4th May, 2017 to 3rd May, 2018; The Scheme can be purchased offline as well as online through Life Insurance Corporation of India :-
Following are the major benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Vaya Vandana Yojana (PMVVY)-
1.Scheme provides an assured return of 8% p.a. payable monthly (equivalent to 8.30% p.a. effective) for 10 years.
2.Pension is payable at the end of each period, during the policy term of 10 years, as per the frequency of monthly/ quarterly/ half-yearly/ yearly as chosen by the pensioner at the time of purchase.
3.The scheme is exempted from Service Tax/ GST.
4.On survival of the pensioner to the end of the policy term of 10 years, Purchase price along with final pension installment shall be payable.
5.Loan upto 75% of Purchase Price shall be allowed after 3 policy years (to meet the liquidity needs). Loan interest shall be recovered from the pension installments and loan to be recovered from claim proceeds.
6.The scheme also allows for premature exit for the treatment of any critical/ terminal illness of self or spouse. On such premature exit, 98% of the Purchase Price shall be refunded.
7.On death of the pensioner during the policy term of 10 years, the Purchase Price shall be paid to the beneficiary.
