1.Union Home Minister and Minister of Road Transport and Highways laid the foundation stone of Andaman Trunk Road in Diglipur of Andaman Nicobar Islands :-
Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari laid the foundation stone of Andaman Trunk Road in Diglipur of Andaman Nicobar Islands.
Both the ministers are on a two-day tour of the Union Territory. Roads will be widened to 56 kilometers from the Austrian Island of Northern Andaman to Kalwa Junction and it will expand.
2.Vigilance on the Indo-Bangladesh border has been increased – DG of Border Security Force K. Sharma :-
Director General of Border Security Force K. Sharma has said that the surveillance on the Indo-Bangladesh border has been increased and the troops deployed on 140 sensitive border posts are being increased.

Indian Air Force’s MI-17 helicopter crashed near Tawang today in Arunachal Pradesh.
Five members of the crew of Indian Air Force and two Army personnel died in the accident. A senior Air Force official has said that the repair work was being done in the helicopter at around 6 am during the accident.
The orders have been ordered to investigate the incident. Rescuers have reached the spot. The injured worker has been admitted to the local hospital.

The Supreme Court has appointed Additional Advocate General Amaranth Sharan as the Judge on the petition to investigate the murder of Mahatma Gandhi.
Justice S. a. Bodde and Justice L. Nageshwar Rao’s bench asked a few questions after a brief hearing and then appointed Amaranth Sharan to assist the court in this matter.

9.13 banks get more than two lakh suspected bank accounts and transaction information – Ministry of Finance :-
