1.कोड अनुपालन के लिए ‘उच्च’ रेटिंग प्राप्त करने वाला आईडीबीआई बैंक एकमात्र पीएसबी :-
(I)बैंकिंग कोड्स एंड स्टैंडर्ड्स बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया (बीसीएसबीआई) 2017 द्वारा किए गए बैंकों की कोड अनुपालन रेटिंग के मुताबिक, 26 सरकारी बैंकों में से केवल एक (2015 में किए गए पिछले सर्वेक्षण से अपरिवर्तित) और 17 निजी क्षेत्र के बैंकों में से आठ (पिछले सर्वेक्षण में नौ) को कोड अनुपालन के लिए ‘उच्च’ रेटिंग प्राप्त हुई।
(II)आईडीबीआई बैंक एकमात्र सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र का बैंक था, जिसने लगातार दो सर्वेक्षणों में ‘उच्च (एच)’ (100 में से 85 और उससे अधिक स्कोर) रेटिंग प्राप्त की।
(III)आठ निजी क्षेत्र के बैंकों में ‘एक्सिस बैंक, डीसीबी बैंक, एचडीएफसी बैंक, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, इंडसइंड बैंक, कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक, आरबीएल बैंक और येस बैंक शामिल हैं।
(IV)तीन विदेशी बैंक – सिटीबैंक, एचएसबीसी और स्टैंडर्ड चार्टर्ड बैंक – जिनका सर्वेक्षण किया गया था, उन्हें ‘उच्च’ रैंकिंग मिली।
(V)कोड अनुपालन रेटिंग, बैंक के जमीनी स्तर पर महत्वपूर्ण कोड प्रावधानों के कार्यान्वयन के स्तर का एक संकेत माना जा सकता है।
IDBI Bank only PSB to get ‘high’ rating for code compliance :-
(I)According to the Code Compliance Rating of banks done by the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) 2017, only one (unchanged from the previous survey conducted in 2015) out of 26 public sector banks and eight (nine in the previous survey) out of 17 private sector banks got ‘high’ rating for their adherence to code compliance.
(II)IDBI Bank was the only public sector bank that got ‘high (H)’(85 and above score out of 100) rating in two successive surveys.
(III)The eight private sector banks that got ‘high’ rating are — Axis Bank, DCB Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, RBL Bank and YES Bank.
(IV)The three foreign banks — Citibank, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank — that were surveyed got ‘high’ ranking.
(V)The code compliance rating, may be considered an indicator of the level of implementation of important code provisions at the grassroot level of a bank.
2.ब्रिक्स विदेश मंत्रियों की बैठक में भाग लेंगे वीके सिंह :-
(I)विदेश राज्य मंत्री जनरल वी के सिंह दो दिन की ब्रिक्स विदेश मंत्रियों की बैठक में भाग लेंगे जो बीजिंग में 18 जून को शुरू हो रही हैं।
(II)चीनी विदेश मंत्री वांग यी बैठक की अध्यक्षता करेंगे, चीनी विदेश मंत्रालय के प्रवक्ता लू कांग ने सिन्हुआ को बताया।
(III)रूसी विदेश मंत्री सर्गेई लावरोव, दक्षिण अफ्रीकी विदेश मंत्री मैटे नकोना-मशाबेन, और ब्राजील के विदेश मंत्री अलायसोयो नून्स बैठक में उपस्थित रहेंगे।
(IV)ब्राजील, रूस, भारत, चीन और दक्षिण अफ्रीका (ब्रिक्स) सम्मेलन सितंबर में ज़ियामेन में आयोजित किया जाएगा।
VK Singh to attend BRICS Foreign Ministers Meet :-
(I)Minister of State for External Affairs Gen VK Singh will attend the two-day BRICS Foreign Ministers Meet beginning in Beijing on June 18.
(II)Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will chair the meet, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang was quoted as saying by Xinhua.
(III)Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, South African Foreign Minister Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, and Brazilian Foreign Minister Aloysio Nunes will be present at the meeting.
(IV)The Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) Summit will be held in September in Xiamen.
3.सीएसओ जीडीपी आधार वर्ष 2011-12 से 2017-18 में बदलेगा :-
(I)सांख्यिकी मंत्रालय 2017-18 के अंत तक घरेलू उपभोक्ता व्यय सर्वेक्षण और श्रम शक्ति के आंकड़ों को पूरा करने के बाद राष्ट्रीय खातों का आधार वर्ष 2011-12 से 2017-18 में परिवर्तित करने के जा रहा है।
(II)इससे पहले 2015 में, सांख्यिकी मंत्रालय के तहत केंद्रीय सांख्यिकी कार्यालय (सीएसओ) ने सकल घरेलू उत्पाद या अर्थव्यवस्था के आकार को मापने के लिए आधार वर्ष 2004-05 से 2011-12 में बदल दिया था।
(III)पिछले महीने, सीएसओ ने औद्योगिक उत्पादन सूचकांक (आईआईपी) का आधार वर्ष 2011-12 में बदल दिया है, जो 2004-05 था। इसके अलावा, थोक मूल्य सूचकांक (डब्ल्यूपीआई) का आधार वर्ष भी 2004-05 से बदलकर 2011-12 कर दिया गया है।
CSO to change GDP base year to 2017-18 from 2011-12: Gowda :-
(I)The Statistics Ministry is set to change the base year of national accounts to 2017-18 from 2011-12 after completion of the household consumer expenditure survey and labour force data by the end of 2018.
(II)Earlier in 2015, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) under the Statistics Ministry had changed the base year for tabulating the Gross Domestic Product or size of economy to 2011-12 from 2004-05.
(III)Last month, the CSO has changed the base of Index of Industrial Production (IIP), which measures factory output, to 2011-12 from 2004-05. Besides, the base year of Wholesale Price Index (WPI) has also been changed to 2011-12 from 2004-05.
4.भारत एएनयूजीए 2017 में साझेदार देश होगा :-
(I)खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्री श्रीमती हरसिमरत कौर बादल ने एएनयूजीए के आयोजकों के साथ संयुक्त संवाददाता सम्मेलन को संबोधित किया। एएनयूजीए खाद्य उद्योग के लिए एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार मंच है जो कि जर्मनी के कोलंगे में आयोजित होगा।
(II)उन्होंने कोएल्नमेसे जीएमबीएच, (एएनयूजीए के आयोजक), प्रमुख परिचालन अधिकारी श्रीमती कैथरिना सी हमा के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर भी हस्ताक्षर किये।
(III)खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्री ने कहा कि यह भारत के लिए सम्मान की विषय है कि वह एक सम्मानित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समारोह में साझेदार देश बनने जा रहा है।
India to be Co-Partner Country in ANUGA 2017 :-
(I)Minister of Food Processing Industries Smt Harsimrat Kaur Badal addressed a Joint Press Conference with the organizers of ANUGA – an international business platform for Food Industry to be held in Cologne, Germany.
(II)She also signed the Memorandum of Understanding for Participation in the ANUGA Exhibition with Ms Katharina C Hamma, Chief Operating Officer, Koelnmesse GmBH (Organizers of ANUGA).
(III)Minister of Food Processing Industries said that it was an honour for India to be a co-partner country in such a prestigious international event.
5.जी-7 पर्यावरण मंत्रियों की बैठक बोलोग्ना, इटली में आयोजित :-
(I)पर्यावरण और जलवायु के लिए जिम्मेदार जी-7 पर्यावरण मंत्री और उच्च प्रतिनिधियों और यूरोपीय आयुक्तों की बैठक 11-12 जून 2017 को इटली के बोलोग्ना में हुई।
(II)इसमें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठनों के प्रमुखों और वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों और विश्वविद्यालयों और फर्मों के प्रतिनिधियों ने भाग लिया गया।
(III)इसका उद्देश्य जलवायु परिवर्तन से लेकर सतत विकास और समुद्र में कूड़े के मुद्दों पर चर्चा करना था।
(IV)इटली के पास 2017 के लिए जी-7 की अध्यक्षता है।
G7 Environment Ministers’ Meeting held in Bologna, Italy :-
(I)G7 Environment Ministers and high representatives, and European Commissioners responsible for environment and climate, met in Bologna on 11-12 June 2017.
(II)It was attended by heads and senior officials of International Organizations and by representatives of universities and firms.
(III)It was aimed to discuss issues ranging from climate change to sustainable development and litter at sea.
(IV)Italy holds the G7 presidency for 2017.
- 2.5 लाख बाल मजदूरों के साथ, उत्तर प्रदेश पहले स्थान पर :-
(I)एक CRY रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, उत्तर प्रदेश में सबसे अधिक 2,50,672 बाल श्रमिक है, जिसके बाद बिहार में 1,28,087 और महाराष्ट्र में 82,847 बाल श्रमिक है।
(II)जबकि 2001-2011 दशक में 10-14 वर्षों के आयु समूह में बाल श्रमिकों में कुल 30% की कमी (लगभग 3.2 मिलियन) देखी गई, 5- 9 आयु समूह में बाल श्रमिकों की संख्या में 0.68 मिलियन की वृद्धि हुई, जो 2001 से 37% ज्यादा है।
With 2.5 lakh Child labourers, Uttar Pradesh ranks first :-
(I)According to a CRY report, Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of 2,50,672 children engaged in labour, followed by Bihar with 1,28,087 children and Maharashtra where the number stands at 82,847.
(II)While the decade 2001-2011 saw an overall 30% reduction (about 3.2 million) in working children in the age-group of 10-14 years, number of working children within 5-9 years increased by 0.68 million, an increase of 37% from 2001.
