1.आरबीआई ने छह अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंकों के लिए पर्यवेक्षी कॉलेज स्थापित किए :-
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने सूचित किया है कि निम्नलिखित छह अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंकों जिनमें काफी अंतरराष्ट्रीय उपस्थिति है के लिए पर्यवेक्षी महाविद्यालय स्थापित किए गए हैं
स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक लिमिटेड, बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, एक्सिस बैंक लिमिटेड और पंजाब नेशनल बैंक
बैंकिंग समूह के जोखिम प्रोफाइल की समझ को बेहतर बनाने और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सक्रिय बैंकों की अधिक प्रभावी पर्यवेक्षण की सुविधा प्रदान करने में सक्षम बनाने के लिए सूचना का आदान प्रदान और पर्यवेक्षकों के बीच सहयोग बढ़ाना महाविद्यालयों के उद्देश्यों में शामिल हैं।

RBI sets up Supervisory Colleges for six Scheduled Commercial Banks :-
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has informed that Supervisory Colleges have been setup for the following six Scheduled Commercial Banks which have sizeable international presence:-
State Bank of India, ICICI Bank Ltd., Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank Ltd. and Punjab National Bank.
The objectives of the colleges are to enhance information exchange and cooperation among supervisors, to improve understanding of the risk profile of the banking group and thereby facilitate more effective supervision of internationally active banks.

- प्रणय बीडब्ल्यूएफ रैंकिंग में 17 वें स्थान पर पहुंचे :-
भारतीय बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी एचएस प्रणय ने बीडब्ल्यूएफ की नवीनतम रैंकिंग में छह स्थान की उछाल लेते हुए 17 वां स्थान हासिल किया है।
प्रणय ने फाइनल में पारुपल्ली कश्यप को हराकर यूएस ओपन ग्रां प्री में गोल्ड खिताब जीता है।
भारतीय, किदंबी श्रीकांत 8 वें नंबर पर हैं। भारत में अब शीर्ष 20 में चार बैडमिंटन खिलाड़ी हैं।
अजय जयराम 16 वें स्थान पर है जबकि बी.साई प्रणीत अपने 19 वें स्थान पर ही बने हुए हैं।

Prannoy climbs to 17th spot in BWF rankings :-
Indian shuttler HS Prannoy has jumped six places to be at 17th position in the latest BWF world rankings.
Prannoy has won in the US Open Grand Prix Gold title after beating Parupalli Kashyap in the final.
Indian, Kidambi Srikanth is highest ranked at number 8. India now has four shuttlers in top-20.
Ajay Jayaram is at 16th spot, while B Sai Praneeth maintains his 19th position.
In women’s category, PV Sindhu remained 5th while Saina Nehwal dropped a spot to be world number 16. They are the only two Indians in the top-25.

3.बीपीपीसी यूनिट के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए एनपीसीआई ने आरबीआई से अंतिम मंजूरी प्राप्त की :-
सभी खुदरा भुगतान प्रणाली के लिए छत्र संगठन, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम (एनपीसीआई) को भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से भारत बिल भुगतान केंद्र इकाई (बीबीपीसीयू) के रूप में कार्य करने और भारत बिल भुगतान प्रणाली (बीबीपीएस)को संचालित करने के लिए अंतिम मंजूरी प्राप्त हुई है।
एनपीसीआई के एक सामरिक व्यापार इकाई के रूप में सेंट्रल यूनिट को संचालित करने के लिए भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक से एक विशिष्ट दिशा निर्देशित है। बीबीपीएस के तहत बिजली, दूरसंचार, डीटीएच, पानी और गैस के करीब 45 करोड़ बिलों की अनुमति है।
एनपीसीआई द्वारा प्रमाणित भारत बिल भुगतान संचालन इकाइयों (बीबीपीयू) की कुल संख्या 24 है। प्रमाणित इकाइयों में तीन सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक (बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा, यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया और इंडियन ओवरसीज बैंक), 10 निजी बैंक, पांच सहकारी बैंक और छह गैर-बैंक बिलर एग्रीगेटर्स है।

NPCI gets final nod from RBI to function as BBPC Unit :-
National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), the umbrella organisation for all retail payment systems, has received a final nod from the Reserve Bank of India to function as the Bharat Bill Payment Central Unit (BBPCU) and operate the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS).
There is a specific direction from RBI to operate the Central Unit as a Strategic Business Unit of NPCI. Nearly 45 crore bills comprising electricity, telecom, DTH, water and gas are permitted under BBPS.
The total number of Bharat Bill Payment Operating Units (BBPOU) certified by NPCI now stands at 24. The certified units include three public sector banks (Bank of Baroda, Union Bank of India and Indian Overseas Bank), 10 private banks, five cooperative banks and six non-bank biller aggregators.

4.बॉलीवुड अभिनेता इंदर कुमार का निधन :-
अभिनेता इंदर कुमार, जो खिलडीयों का खिलाडी और कहीं प्यार ना हो जाये जैसी फिल्मों में अपनी भूमिका के लिए जाने जाते थे, का 28 जुलाई, 2017 को निधन हो गया था। वह 45 साल के थे।
इंदर कुमार ने 1996 में फिल्म मासुम के साथ अपनी बॉलीवुड की शुरुआत की थी और लगभग 20 वर्षों के लम्बे कैरियर में 20 से अधिक फिल्मों में काम किया था।
Bollywood actor Inder Kumar passes away :-
Actor Inder Kumar, best known for his role in films like Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi and Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, passes away, died on 28th July 2017. He was 45.
Inder Kumar had made his Bollywood debut with 1996 film Masoom and worked in over 20 films in a career spanning nearly twenty years.
5.जूनियर भारोत्तोलन चैंपियनशिप: भारत को चौथा पदक प्राप्त :-
भारत के लवप्रीत सिंह ने काठमांडू में आयोजित एशियाई युवा और जूनियर भारोत्तोलन चैंपियनशिप में कांस्य पदक जीता। वह 105 किलोग्राम पुरुषों के जूनियर श्रेणी में तीसरे स्थान पर रहे। इस चैंपियनशिप में भारत का यह चौथा पदक है।
चैंपियनशिप के पहले दिन, भारत के कुनसम उर्मिला देवी ने 44 किलोग्राम महिला युवा वर्ग में स्वर्ण पदक जीती थी।
एस निरूपमा देवी ने बुधवार को 69 किलोग्राम महिला युवा वर्ग में कांस्य पदक जीती थी ।
अजय सिंह ने 77 किलो पुरुषों के कनिष्ठ श्रेणी में कांस्य पदक जीता।

Junior Weightlifting Championships: India get its fourth medal :-
India’s Lovepreet Singh won a bronze medal in Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships taking place at Kathmandu. He got third place in 105 kg men junior category. This is India’s fourth medal in the championships.
On the first day of championships, India’s Konsam Ormila Devi had won gold in 44 kg women youth category.
- Nirpupama Devi had won bronze in 69 kgs women youth category on Wednesday.
Ajay Singh also won bronze medal in 77 kg men junior category.
